Greg is the only trainer I would even consider working with in Boston. He cares personally but also knows how to push beyond what you think you can achieve.

Not only have I seen physical results, he has helped change my entire mindset about health. I formerly despised working out but now I can’t wait to get in the gym. To me, that mindset shift is invaluable and will stay with me forever.

Greg was great about putting together a well-rounded training program for me.

It was not just about exercising for 60 minutes - which totally kicked butt of course - but it was also about paying attention to my water consumption and food intake. When I stuck to his training, really stuck to it, I saw and felt the results. Not only did I lose 15 pounds, but I felt like I could shop for a bikini.

I loved working with Greg and applaud his commitment to training. He started with me where I was and nudged me further along than I could have conceived on my own.
