I work with Greg during business hours and as everyone knows it takes a special technique to balance work and life appropriately. I have had problems maximizing my workout in a short period to achieve desired results mainly because I was not educated on the various methods used. I reached out to Greg and he immediately took me under his wing as a personal trainer and explained to me so that I will have knowledge to my progress if he is not available. We started to workout daily during lunch. He created a series of programs that was designed to help me achieve the goals we set out during our initial meeting. Within a few months I started to notice some signs of weight loss but what really confirmed it were the comments I received from co-workers. I would recommend Greg to anyone who is serious about losing weight and maintaining that loss
I did a 2 - Person training series with Greg and have been taking his weekly Boot Camp class for about two years. Greg is very skilled and enthusiastic, an gets people to push themselves in a motivational yet kind manner. He listens patiently and kicks butt - A wonderful combination
In regard to working out,I sadly realized that I often quit on myself, however, once I hired Greg I happily learned that Greg never quit on me. My confidence is back and thanks to Greg my journey to a healthier life has begun.
